Welcome to the LWIS Network where “we measure success one happy learner at a time”!

At present, the Learner’s World International Schools (LWIS) Network is made up of seven schools in Lebanon, Dubai, Riyadh and Jeddah. Three of the schools in Lebanon and the school in Dubai are accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). The schools in Riyadh and Jeddah are accredited by AdvancED.

While the schools in Lebanon offer a tailor-made American Curriculum, three of them are also candidates for the International Baccalaureate-Diploma Programme (IBD)1, while one school in Lebanon is a candidate for the International Baccalaureate - Primary Years Programme (IB-PYP)1. The Lebanese Program is also on offer in all four schools. Also, the schools in Lebanon are Microsoft Schools2 and Microsoft Imagine Academies3.

The schools in Dubai, Riyadh and Jeddah offer a tailor-made American Curriculum.

The LWIS Network concept was envisaged by School Development Consultants Limited Liability Company (SDC LLC) in Lebanon, and SDC Offshore across the Middle East and Africa. Both companies continue to provide educational services and consultancy to Network schools.

  1. This school is pursuing authorization as an IB World School. IB World Schools share a common philosophy- a commitment to high-quality, challenging, international education- that we believe is important for our students.

    Only schools authorized by the IB Organization can offer any of its four academic programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme, or the Career-related Programme (CP). Candidate status gives no guarantee that authorization will be granted.

LWIS Hazmieh is a member of the LWIS Network and is a candidate for the International Baccalaureate-Primary Years Programme (IB-PYP)1. The school offers a tailor-made American Curriculum in the Middle and Senior Schools. The Lebanese Program is also on offer. LWIS Hazmieh is a Microsoft School2 and a Microsoft Imagine Academy3.

LWIS-CiS is a member of the LWIS Network and is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). LWIS-CiS offers a tailor-made American Curriculum and is a candidate for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBD)1. The Lebanese Program is also on offer. LWIS-CiS is a Microsoft School2 and a Microsoft Imagine Academy3.

LWIS-AiS is a member of the LWIS Network and is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). LWIS-CiS offers a tailor-made American Curriculum and is a candidate for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBD)1. The Lebanese Program is also on offer. LWIS-AiS is a Microsoft School2 and a Microsoft Imagine Academy3. Also, the school is a member of the Mediterranean Association of International Schools (MAIS).

LWIS-USL is a member of the LWIS Network and is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). LWIS-USL offers a tailor-made American Curriculum and is a candidate for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBD)1. The Lebanese Program is also on offer. LWIS-CiS is a Microsoft School2 and a Microsoft Imagine Academy3.

PPS Dubai is a member of the LWIS Network and is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). PPS offers a tailor-made American Curriculum.

KiS Riyadh is a member of the LWIS Network and is accredited by AdvancED. KiS offers a tailor-made American Curriculum.

AiS Jeddah is a member of the LWIS Network and is accredited by AdvancED. AiS offers a tailor-made American Curriculum.

Purpose and Direction

Learner’s World International Schools (LWIS) aim to create a welcoming, nurturing, safe and aesthetic learning environment where learners, staff, families and the community work together to address the needs, challenges and gifts of each individual learner.

Learner’s World International Schools aspire to enhance the personal, social, aesthetic, moral, academic and cognitive dimensions of each learner to empower them to reach their full potential. Our qualified and experienced staff will utilize and remain abreast of the latest trends in education in order to deliver a flexible, multi-leveled and individualized curriculum.
PACER graduates of the Learner’s World International Schools will be independent, critical and creative thinkers, team players, problem solvers, effective communicators, Peace Education endorsers and technology-able researchers who are active and responsible change agents within an ever-diverse "Glocal” community.

Rationale and Beliefs

In order to meet the evolving needs of the 21st century, LWIS graduates will benefit from a unique holistic education based on differentiated instruction, catering to each individual’s character and ability. Throughout their time at our schools, learners will be armed with state of the art technological skills and well developed communication tools that are vital for the successful integration of any individual into the job market and society of today and tomorrow.
