Welcome to the LWIS Network where “we measure success one happy learner at a time”!
At present, the Learner’s World International Schools (LWIS) Network is made up of seven schools in Lebanon, Dubai, Riyadh and Jeddah. Three of the schools in Lebanon and the school in Dubai are accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). The schools in Riyadh and Jeddah are accredited by AdvancED.
While the schools in Lebanon offer a tailor-made American Curriculum, three of them are also candidates for the International Baccalaureate-Diploma Programme (IBD)1, while one school in Lebanon is a candidate for the International Baccalaureate - Primary Years Programme (IB-PYP)1. The Lebanese Program is also on offer in all four schools. Also, the schools in Lebanon are Microsoft Schools2 and Microsoft Imagine Academies3.
The schools in Dubai, Riyadh and Jeddah offer a tailor-made American Curriculum.
The LWIS Network concept was envisaged by School Development Consultants Limited Liability Company (SDC LLC) in Lebanon, and SDC Offshore across the Middle East and Africa. Both companies continue to provide educational services and consultancy to Network schools.
This school is pursuing authorization as an IB World School. IB World Schools share a common philosophy- a commitment to high-quality, challenging, international education- that we believe is important for our students.
Only schools authorized by the IB Organization can offer any of its four academic programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme, or the Career-related Programme (CP). Candidate status gives no guarantee that authorization will be granted.
